1. Who we are
HebrewVibes (hebrewvibes.com) is run by Amos Cohen, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hebrewvibes@gmail.com. These terms apply to your use of this website and to every product you buy from it.
2. Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms; the receipt and any invoice come from Paddle.
3. Products and delivery
Our products are digital downloads — printable files. Nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed we email you download links to the address you gave at checkout. The files are large, so please download them on a computer with enough free space. If an email does not arrive or a download does not work, write to us and we will get the files to you.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on this website are in US dollars. At checkout Paddle may show your local currency and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Payment, billing and tax are handled by Paddle under its Buyer Terms.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. License — how you may use the files
The files remain our property; when you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license:
- Covered: one household, and one classroom taught by you.
- You may: print the files without limit for that household or classroom, laminate them, show them on a screen or projector, and adapt them for your own use.
- You may not: share, send, upload or resell the files, or any part of them, to anyone outside that household or classroom — including students and their families, who receive prints, not files. The artwork, text, layouts and word lists may not be used in any other product or material, free or paid.
- Schools, synagogues and community centers with several teachers: write to us about a wider license.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products — artwork, text, designs, layouts and word lists — is © HebrewVibes, Amos Cohen, unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright law.
8. Accuracy
We check our content carefully, but the products are educational materials, not religious rulings or professional advice. Questions of religious practice belong with a rabbi.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the website and products are provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any loss or claim that results from your breach of these terms — for example, sharing the files beyond your license.
11. Termination
If you breach the license, your right to use the files ends, and you must delete any copies shared beyond the license. Sections 6–10 and 12–13 continue to apply after termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. We will always try to resolve a problem with you first — please write to us. If we cannot, disputes go to the competent courts of Israel. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13. Assignment and changes
You may not transfer your license to anyone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to someone who takes over the HebrewVibes business. We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you buy applies to that purchase.
