All sales are final once the download has started
Once you have started downloading your files, the purchase is final, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Trouble downloading?
If the email does not arrive, a link does not work, or a file will not open, write to hebrewvibes@gmail.com and I will get the files to you. Before writing, it is worth checking your spam folder, and trying the download again on a computer — the links keep working.
How refunds are handled
Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under its Refund Policy. To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact us and we will help. When a refund is approved, the download links for that order stop working.
