HebrewVibes is run by Amos Cohen, a sole proprietor. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact: hebrewvibes@gmail.com.
What we collect
- When you buy: your order — which product, when, the order number — and your email address, which we receive from our reseller Paddle so we can send your download links. We do not receive or store your card or payment details; Paddle handles payment.
- When you download: technical logs of download requests (for example time and order), used to deliver the files, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- When you write to us: your email and what you write.
- When you visit the website: visit statistics through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies — for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Our site also uses Jetpack (by Automattic) for site services.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought, and to help you if a download goes wrong (performing our contract with you).
- To keep records of sales as the law requires.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (our legitimate interest, or your consent where required).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Who processes it for us
- Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record: checkout, payment, tax, receipts and refunds, under Paddle’s Privacy Notice.
- Cloudflare — website network, the download service, and storage of order records and files.
- Resend — sends the download email.
- uPress — hosts this website; Automattic (Jetpack) — website services.
- Google — email for support, and website analytics.
Some of these providers are outside your country, including in the United States; they protect the data under their own terms and the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as you may need your downloads and as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it — write to hebrewvibes@gmail.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Our products are used by families and classrooms, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
